On-Farm Dinners
Keep an eye out for our next farm dinner collaboration with Houndstooth Modern Tavern! Our first collaboration in September of 2024 was an evening to remember, marked by a seasonally-determined five course meal with thoughtfully paired drinks. The night was be centered around the food that makes us. It was a moment to slow our roll, partake in rich stories of food, and walk beside an urban farm that teems with life.
Houndstooth Modern Tavern is a hospitality concept out of South Minneapolis offering custom private dining and small public events. Chef Rick Didora and beverage director Paige Latham Didora focus on high-touch hospitality, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful pairings while bringing the restaurant to your home, brewery, or, in this case, farm!
