The Summer Share
Distributed mid-June through September, this 16-week Vegetable CSA showcases a variety of produce grown at our ⅓ acre urban plot in Northeast Minneapolis. All vegetables are grown utilizing no-till, chemical-free, and regenerative growing practices.
Half Shares are distributed every other week (8 boxes over 16 weeks) and
Full Shares are distributed every week (16 boxes over 16 weeks). Each box includes about $40 of produce.
Vegetables to expect every week: Salad Mix, Carrots, Herbs, Bunch Greens (Kale, Collards or Chard)
Vegetables to expect several times: Heirloom Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Summer Squash, Onions, Bok Choy, Sweet Peppers, Head Lettuce, Hot Peppers, Scallions
Vegetables to expect 1-3 times: Arugula, Beets, Broccolini, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Eggplant, Fennel, Frisee, Spicy Mix, Snap Peas, Shishito Peppers, Radicchio, Radishes, Garlic, Spinach, Hakurei Turnips
This share will come with the options of a sourdough bread add-on and a locally raised egg add-on which will be delivered with the vegetables if purchased. These are listed as separate items on our 'Shop' page.
The Summer Vegetable CSA Share will be distributed and available for pick-up on Tuesdays 4-8pm (includes all folks with add-ons) and Fridays 1-8pm. If you have a preferred drop site day (Tues or Fri) please leave a message when you purchase your share. Thanks!
