Shishitos are one of our favorite peppers to grow - we snack on them all summer long. They make a perfect appetizer when sautéed (or grilled) with oil and some coarse sea salat. Pop them in and eat them whole!
Like a little more spice? Go for the Spanish Padron peppers. You can eat them just like shishitos - blistered with a little oil and salt - but they have a stronger kick to them!
